Fusing the silhouette's streamlined motorsport DNA with noir kei ninomiya's experimental construction techniques, the collaboration presents an entirely new expression of one of PUMA's most recognizable icons.
For this collaboration, the Speedcat becomes a wearable sculpture. The sneaker's low-profile silhouette is enveloped in a dense array of translucent floral appliqués that bloom across the upper, giving the streamlined design a tactile, three-dimensional composition. The result is an expressive interpretation that blurs the boundaries between footwear, fashion, and artwork.
The collaboration arrives in three monochromatic colorways - black, white, and red - reflecting noir kei ninomiya’s signature palette. While black remains central to the label's identity, the addition of white and red subtly references the cherry blossoms that mark the arrival of spring in Japan, a recurring source of inspiration throughout Kei Ninomiya's collections.
The PUMA x noir kei ninomiya Speedcat is available starting August 5th, 2026, from noir kei kinomiya in Japan, followed by a phased rollout across key global markets through August.
